· Purchase and replace furnace filters and humidifier filters.

· Add a glass storm door with deadbolt.

· Add a cat or dog door to an outside door or into the garage.

· Replace garage door opener. Grease, adjust, replace the remote control/external keypad.

· Add a solar powered motion detector light.

· Fill and caulk driveway cracks.

· Build or buy shelves to add storage.

· Clean garage, sweep and hose out, add carpet on stairs, replace door mat.
